This delicious take on your favorite blended Oreo™ ice cream treat uses frozen Greek yogurt.
containers (5.3 oz each) Yoplait® Greek 100 vanilla yogurt
cup coarsely chopped Oreo™ chocolate sandwich cookies
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper. Drop mounds of yogurt (about 2 teaspoons each) on cookie sheet. Place in freezer about 1 hour or until frozen.
Remove frozen yogurt pieces from paper; place in resealable freezer bag until ready to use.
In blender, place frozen yogurt pieces and milk. Cover and blend on medium speed until almost smooth. Add 1/2 cup of the chopped cookies, and pulse into mixture. Mixture will be thick; if necessary, stop blender, and stir mixture before continuing.
Divide mixture between 2 serving glasses; top with remaining 1/2 cup chopped cookies. Serve immediately.
Freeze Greek yogurt pieces ahead of time to make for a quicker assembly.
Oreo™ cookies come in many flavors and varieties; feel free to change it up for a fun variation.
