Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 12 bamboo skewers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 400° F. Lightly grease cookie sheet with shortening or spray with cooking spray.
  • 2
Unroll pizza crust onto cookie sheet. Use pizza cutter to cut 12 even strips of dough about 1 inch in width. Twist dough strip around each skewer, trying not to overlap dough too much.
  • 3
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • 4
In small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley flakes and olive oil. Use pastry brush to rub butter mixture over hot bread. Serve bread skewers warm with meatballs and sauce over cooked pasta.
