Ingredients

    can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1/2
    cup pizza sauce
  • 1
    cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4
    cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4
    cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1
    cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2
    cup (2 oz) sliced pepperoni

Steps

    Spray 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray. Heat oven to 400°F (425°F for all other pan types). Unroll dough on pan. Starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.

    Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. Top with mushrooms, red onion, bell pepper and cheese. Top with pepperoni.

    Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until bottom of crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. To serve, cut into 6 rows by 3 rows.

  • Any color bell pepper can be substituted for the green bell pepper in this supreme pizza recipe.
  • Save even more prep time by purchasing presliced mushrooms on your Supreme Pepperoni Pizza.
  • Add a little spice to your Supreme Pepperoni Pizza by sprinkling with crushed red pepper flakes.
