This loaded breakfast sandwich brings together savory sausage, melted cheese, and a folded egg between two layers of a fluffy, maple-laced biscuit. And it comes together quickly, so it’s perfect for busy mornings as well as a simple breakfast-for-dinner feast. However you serve these, you’re bound to love them!

Bake biscuits as directed on can.
In 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage patties 6 to 10 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
In medium bowl, mix eggs, salt, and pepper. Place 6-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons egg mixture, and cook 30 to 45 seconds, until set on edges. Fold in eggs on all four sides to create a 3-inch square. Turn folded egg and cook 10 to 20 seconds longer, until set. Remove from skillet; cover with foil to keep warm. Repeat with remaining egg mixture for a total of 8 folded eggs.
Split warm biscuits; top bottom half of each with 1 slice of cheese, 1 folded egg, and 1 sausage patty. Cover each with top half of biscuit.
Sliced American cheese can be used in place of the cheddar, and cooked bacon slices can be used instead of sausage patties.
For additional flavor and crunch, add cooked frozen hash browns or cooked frozen potato nuggets to the sandwiches, or serve them alongside.
