Chicken, bacon and ranch create a harmonious trio of flavors that shine in this savory crescent roll bake. Tender rotisserie chicken, smoky cooked bacon, gooey cheddar cheese, zippy ranch seasoning and chive & onion cream cheese create an ultra-yummy filling that's baked into spirals of golden brown crescent roll dough. This meal is made for making memories!

Ingredients

  • 1 container (7.5 oz) chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
  • 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon (about 6 slices)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

    In large microwavable bowl, mix cream cheese spread, milk and ranch seasoning mix. Microwave uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds or until heated slightly. Beat with whisk until smooth. Stir in chicken, cheese, bacon and 1/4 cup of the green onions.

    Unroll 1 can of dough on work surface; reshape into 12x8-inch rectangle and press perforations to seal. Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over top of dough.

    Starting on short edge of rectangle, roll up tightly and pinch seam together. Repeat for remaining dough and chicken mixture.

    With serrated knife, carefully cut each roll into 6 slices, about 1 1/4 inches wide, and arrange spiral sides up in baking dish, reshaping into round shapes, if necessary.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until deep golden brown and dough is baked through. Cool 10 minutes.

    Drizzle ranch dressing evenly over rolls. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup green onions. Serve warm.
