STEP ONE: MIX INGREDIENTS
Tear off two 12-inch lengths of heavy duty aluminum foil to make foil packets. Place half the broccoli in the center of each length of foil. We use frozen broccoli to keep prep quick. Top with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
STEP TWO: CREATE FOIL PACKS
Bring up the 2 sides of foil so that the edges meet. Seal the edges, making a tight ½-inch fold. Fold the foil again, allowing for room on the sides of the foil packs. Fold the other sides to seal.
