Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • 2
Unroll dough on cutting board. Starting at center, press into 12x8-inch rectangle. Cut dough into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares. Gently press 1 square into bottom and up side of each muffin cup.
  • 3
In medium bowl, stir together ground beef, cheddar cheese, onion, 1 tablespoon of the ketchup, mustard and salt until well mixed.
  • 4
Shape mixture into 24 (1-inch) balls. Press each ball into muffin cup, pressing to flatten top. Brush tops of meatloaf mixture with remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup.
  • 5
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center and thermometer inserted into center reads 160°F. Immediately remove from muffin cups. Serve warm.
