Ingredients

cup Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs
1/4
cup finely chopped celery
1/4
cup finely chopped onion
1/4
cup nonfat sour cream

tablespoon Dijon mustard

egg white, beaten

(14 3/4-oz.) can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, flaked
1
(4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso® Chopped Green Chiles, drained

  • 1 In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 10 minutes or until slightly firm.
  • 2 Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  • 3 Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add patties; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. If desired, serve with additional nonfat sour cream.

Very tasty. I did not have any sour cream on hand so I used cottage cheese and added shredded cheese. Turned out delicious. Thanks for the recipe!!

You talk about WOW and easy. This is it. You know it's has to be good when the you're asked to make them again. This is the third time requested. Repeat means like it.

These turned out excellent! I used twice the amount of celery and onions, and substituted Vidalias (leek-style) for the onions. (Lemon wedges were served on the side.) These patties had crunch and were a "hit" with the whole family. Definitely will serve again.
