Dinner ready in just 15 minutes! Enjoy this halibut and pasta recipe that’s pan-roasted easily at home, over a stovetop!

Ingredients

2 2/3
cups uncooked rainbow rotini pasta (8 oz)
4
halibut fillets, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (4 oz each), skin removed
1
teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2
teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Steps

  • 1 Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  • 2 Meanwhile, sprinkle both sides of halibut with salt and pepper. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over high heat. Immediately place fish in skillet; cook 1 minute or until golden brown.
  • 3 Turn fish; reduce heat to medium. Add 1/3 cup water; cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve fish over pasta.
