This is a great recipe! I'm a vegetarian, so I left out the turkey and substituted vegetable broth for the chicken broth. This is definitely a perfect meal for one of those cold winter nights. I will be making this again!

Perfect recipe for one person. It is hard for find recipes for a 1-1/2 quart slow cooker. This will give me dinner when I get home, lunch the next day, and one serving for the freezer. Perfect amount.

There is one big problem with this recipe - it doesn't make enough! It is one of those comfort foods that we can't get enough of. It is so yummy that next time I will at least double the recipe so there will some for another meal.
