This is fantastic and so easy. Might I recommend to all of you a grilling basket? I got one from Pampered Chef but all the outdoor cooking departments have them. Saves time and work and you don't have to mess with skewers. Anyway, this is a great recipe and was a huge hit at my dinner party.

The recipe is excellent but we marinade the jumbo shrimp with the shell on and put 2 skewers thru (1 at top & 1 at tail) so they lay flat on the grill. If cooked til pink, the shell peels right off! Then, of course, we always have tons of melted butter to dip the peeled shrimp in!! Yummy!!!!!!!!
