More About This Recipe

  • “Soft tacos,” are usually made with flour or corn tortillas, and are most likely the way tacos were originally served in Mexico. They are true to their name and soft in texture and are wrapped around your favorite taco fillings. When the taco made its way to America, the “hard shell” was born, and is likely what you’ll find when you order a taco at your favorite American fast food companies like Taco Bell. This is the crunchy almost chip-like shell. Whichever shell you prefer as a vessel for your tacos, one can agree that tacos are delicious in pretty much any form.
