28: slices white, whole wheat or pumpernickel bread

3: tablespoons honey mustard or mayonnaise

14: slices (1/2 oz each) Swiss cheese

14: slices (1/2 oz each) American cheese

8: oz thinly sliced smoked deli turkey breast

8: oz thinly sliced deli ham

: Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

1 Heat panini maker or closed contact grill for 5 minutes. Spread 1 side of 14 bread slices with honey mustard. Top each with Swiss cheese, American cheese, turkey, ham and second slice of bread. Spray sandwiches with cooking spray.
2 Place sandwiches on grill 2 at a time. Close grill; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Using 4- or 5-inch witch hat cookie cutter, cut each sandwich into hat shape.
