Ingredients

Apple Crisp

4: medium tart apples, chopped

1/2: cup granulated sugar

1/4: cup packed brown sugar

1: teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2: cup butterscotch-flavored schnapps

3/4: cup Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookie dough (from a roll)

1: cup Cascadian Farm® organic vanilla almond crunch granola

Topping

1: cup heavy whipping cream

1: tablespoon butterscotch-flavored schnapps

1: tablespoon powdered sugar

Directions

1 Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray bottom only of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
2 In large bowl, toss apples, sugars, 1/2 cup schnapps and the cinnamon. Spread evenly in pan.
3 In small bowl, mix cookie dough and granola until crumbly. Spread over apples.
4 Bake 40 minutes.
5 In chilled small bowl, beat topping ingredients with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
6 To serve, spoon apple crisp into small drinking glasses. Top each with whipped cream and if desired, sprinkle with additional granola. Serve immediately.

This is a fantastic recipe! Ive many this many many times and its a huge hit in my household!

Made ths twice, doubled the recipe both times. First time...PERFECT. Second time, so watery I had to serve it with a slotted spoon. Still tasted good but VERY liquidy!

Good, but I thought it was a little runny, due to the extra liquid. I'll def use the whipped cream idea again.

This is awesome! Had to double recipe to have enough because let's face it, no one eats dessert out of shot glass! HA HA. I used Grannie Smith apples. Hardest part was peeling and chopping the apples!
