1: cup mayonnaise

1: package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

2: tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3: teaspoons seafood seasoning (from 6-oz container)

1: lb fresh crabmeat

: 1/2 cup finely crushed oyster crackers

2: tablespoons chopped fresh chives

2: tablespoons capers

2: teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

: Additional chopped fresh chives, if desired

Directions

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch round (1 1/2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
2 In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and seafood seasoning. Stir in crabmeat, crushed crackers, 2 tablespoons chives, the capers and parsley. Spoon into baking dish.
3 Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with additional chives.
