Very good but I use fat free half and half, a little nutmeg and good Emmenthal/Gruyere cheese combo. I have even mixed the liquids in a blender and the quiche came out very light and fluffy, a big hit. Sometimes I just make a quiche Lorraine with bacon and onions.

Can you make this with just green onion, bacon, cheese, and eggs? Also do you need a thickening agent for the eggs like flour or bisquick?

I served these to my Bunco group and everyone raved about how great they tasted. Everyone wanted the recipe. I have sinced served this recipe to my bridge group. The result was the same. Pillsbury recipes make me look like a better cook than I am!

I threw 2 of these together the other morning and both with my own twist - they were a hit!!! One I subbed the artichokes and cheese for can of sliced mushrooms and feta cheese (yum) the other I subbed them with a can of mild chiles and combo of shredded pepper jack/cheddar cheese for a Mexican flair (more yum). Both were a hit!!!
