Ingredients

DRESSING

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

SALAD

  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 2 apples, cubed
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

    In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.

    To serve, in large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently. Serve salad immediately with dressing.
