  • 1 Bring vinegar to a boil in small saucepan.
  • 2 Meanwhile, place 1 cinnamon stick, 2 strips orange peel, 2 strips dried apple and 8 to 10 raisins in each clean bottle.
  • 3 With funnel, pour hot vinegar into each bottle; cover tightly. Let stand at least 2 weeks before using.
