This is an easy coffee cake to make and is delicious. I left out the nuts and added raisins. Next time I will use less corn syrup and butter, because when I turned the coffee cake out, a lot of juice ran out.

This is a nice recipe. Pretty easy to make. I omitted the corn syrup and reduced the brown sugar to 1/4 cup. I prefer to grease the pan with crisco shortening instead of using a spray. I also add 1/4 cup of dried cranberries (raisins might be good as well) to the recipe. I like to use chopped walnuts instead of pecans. It's also good to add a little cream cheese spread (1 tsp. or so) to the provided frosting.

Wonderful. My hsuband can't stop raving about it. I didn't use the glaze, instead I took half a can of vanilla frosting and 8 ozs of cream cheese and spread that on. OH MY!! So good and easy.%0d%0a%0d%0a
