Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
If you don't have fresh herbs on hand or aren't going to the store, dried herbs can be used instead; just reduce the amount to 1/4 teaspoon of each dried herb.
  • tip 2
Our recipes do not call for preheating the air fryer. Just set the temperature, and start. Never preheat with just cooking parchment paper in the air fryer. Air fryer temperature control settings vary according to brand and model. If yours doesn't have the exact temperature setting called for in the recipe, consult your manual for suggested temperature settings.
  • tip 3
Get your holiday jingle on any time by serving up this savory roasted turkey with some prepared Betty Crocker packaged potatoes you've warmed in the microwave, cooked green beans and canned cranberry sauce.
  • tip 4
Cut piece of cooking parchment paper that will fit inside air fryer basked; place in bottom of basket. Spray with cooking spray. Prepare turkey breast as directed in step 1. Place skin side up in basket. Set to 325°F; cook 30 minutes. Using tongs, carefully turn breast over. Cook 27 to 32 minutes or until instant-read meat thermometer reads 165°F. Remove from basket; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
