Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chunk Frozen Yogurt

cup peanut butter
2
containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
1
tablespoon sugar
3/4
cup semisweet chocolate chunks

  • 1 In blender, place peanut butter, yogurt and sugar. Cover; blend on high speed 45 to 60 seconds until well mixed. Pour mixture into chilled bowl of ice-cream freezer.
  • 2 Churn until thickened, 20 to 25 minutes, adding chocolate chunks during the last 2 minutes. Frozen yogurt will be soft-serve and ready to eat, or transfer to freezer container and freeze until firm enough to scoop, about 4 to 6 hours.

Expert Tips

Be sure the bowl for your ice-cream freezer is properly chilled according to the manufacturer’s directions before filling it with the yogurt mixture.

You can use chocolate chips instead of chunks, if you prefer.

Use either creamy or chunky peanut butter in this recipe—whatever you have on hand.
