Ingredients

2: tablespoons olive oil

2: garlic cloves, minced

4: (1-lb.) beef T-bone steaks (1 inch thick)

1/2: teaspoon salt

1/4: teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Directions

1 Heat grill. In small bowl, combine oil and garlic; mix well. Brush steaks with oil mixture. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each steak.
2 When ready to grill, place steaks on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 12 to 18 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once or twice.
