Hot breaded fish fillets dip into a cool pool of yogurt infused with garlic and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen breaded fish fillets (11 to 12 oz)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, if desired

Steps

    Bake fish fillets as directed on package.

    In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Serve with fish fillets.

  • tip 1
    If you prefer, 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley can be used in place of the parsley flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.
