Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into large bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce

Steps

  • 1
Adjust oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; place wire cooling rack on top. Lightly spray with cooking spray; set aside.
  • 2
In large bowl, mix 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 3
Toss in 1 head cauliflower, cut into large bite-size pieces, until evenly coated. Sprinkle with 1 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs; lightly toss again. Spread mixture on wire rack in single even layer.
  • 4
Bake on lowest oven rack 15 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. Transfer baked cauliflower to large bowl. Pour in 1/2 to 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce; toss until coated. Serve immediately.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
If the top of the cauliflower starts to burn while baking, place a loose piece of foil over top.
  • tip 2
Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
