Expert Tips

Fat-free brownies are available at many bakeries or in the health food section of your grocery store.

* To flame dessert, omit kirsch from sauce. Just before serving, top brownies with ice cream. Place kirsch in small long-handled pan; heat just until warm. Ignite; pour over cherry sauce. Spoon flaming cherry sauce over ice cream.
