I like the artistic endeavors of applying the Pepperoni in the spiral design. It appears to allow more people to enjoy the taste of the spices of the Pepperoni. I know everyone always uses Mozzarella on their Pizzas, however, I find that basic Montery Jack Cheese has more flavor to it. It is also a great melting cheese.
