can (13.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
1
cup frozen cut leaf spinach
1/2
cup purchased Alfredo sauce
1
jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, well drained
2
cups shredded mozzarella cheese ( 8 oz )
4.5
oz cooked sliced ham, cut into 2x1/2-inch strips (1 cup)
1/3
cup chopped red bell pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
Crushed red pepper flakes, if desired

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Unroll dough; place in greased baking dish. Starting at center, press out dough with hands over bottom and halfway up sides.
  • 2 Place spinach in small microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Drain well; squeeze out moisture. Pat dry with paper towel.
  • 3 Spoon and spread Alfredo sauce over dough. Arrange spinach over sauce; press slightly. Top with mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, ham and bell pepper.
  • 4 Bake at 425°F. for 15 to 17 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.

Wow, was this ever good. Made this for lunch for our son and his girlfriend. Did not have any ham, so omitted it and put a little Mexican blend cheese on top. It looked so pretty when baked and tasted soooo good. Will definately make again.

We LOVED this dish! Better than any pizza you can have delivered. Next time I might try using chicken or bacon just to change up the taste.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!! Have made it several times and will continue to do so. It's also great with bacon or chicken instead of ham. Thanks.

This was great. i had to modify it a bit because I didn''t have eveything on hand. It was a great afternoon snack for my family. Great job!!!!
