roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
1
cup miniature marshmallows
1/2
cup salted peanuts
1/2
cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3
cup caramel topping

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. In pan, break up cookie dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown
  • 2 Sprinkle marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate chips evenly over crust. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  • 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until topping is melted. Cool completely, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Cut into wedges.

Although this cookie cake was a little on the rich side, it was DELICIOUS! My entire family loved it! I will definately be making this one again.

I have made this twice so far and will make it many times again. I took it to a department treat day at work and everyone raved about it!! Very easy and quick to make!!

Very quick and easy dessert!!! We had family over during this spring break!! I used this recipe. It was all gone in about 5 minutes!!!

Made this for a football game get together and everyone loved it. Not only does it look very attractive when presented on a round pizza pan but it taste yummy. And it's super quick and easy to make.
