Ingredients

1: package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

: 1/4 cup sour cream

: 1/2 cup finely chopped roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar)

3: tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

1: clove garlic, finely chopped

: Fresh cilantro sprig

: Bite-size round tortilla chips

Directions

1 In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except cilantro sprig and tortilla chips. Spoon into serving bowl. Garnish with cilantro sprig.
2 Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
