  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish in oven.
  • 2 Place orange roughy in dish; turn to coat with butter. Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • 4 Meanwhile, melt 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in small skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add bread crumbs; cook until crumbs are light golden brown, stirring constantly. Sprinkle over fish during last 3 minutes of baking time.
