    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

    Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Place pieces in baking dish. Drizzle with 3/4 cup of the queso dip; toss to coat biscuit pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the cilantro. Arrange meatballs and tomatoes over biscuits; drizzle with remaining queso dip.
