I would add 1/2 cup of pimento stuffed green olives to the toppings. A real Muffaletta sandwich is started with the mix of olive salad accumulating in the bottom of the olive container. This has to be delicious. The meats and cheese will give a true sense of the flavor of the original sandwich.
