Here is a tip for cutting these. Use dental floss, slide under dough with one string in each hand, cross floss at top and pull. Cuts great every time.

I did not cut my dough... I unrolled it over the cookie sheet.. spread pizza sauce, covered with cheese and pepperoni... then I rolled cut into wheels... baked at 350 for 20 minutes... the bottom created a very thing crust and the top was soft... it was delicious...

These pinwheels are ok, they taste like something is missing though. Next time I may try to add some garlic or put the pizza sauce on before I roll it up.

This Recipe is so good, however I changed it up a bit based on the reviews. I doubled up the ingredients that go inside the dough, which made them a lot more filling!! I decided not to cut them till after they were cooked. I cut them into fourths so they didn't look like pinwheels but it was much easier than cutting them before baking. Also, since people were saying they burn easily I turn them over half way through and that helped out alot.

Not impressed. I left out the green pepper because I didn't have any, but overall they were bland and dry - too much dough compared to the amount of ingredients inside.
