Expert Tips

In addition to--or instead of--the blueberries, top these tiny pizzas with fresh raspberries.

For added flavor, sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds or shredded lemon peel.

OK, I tried this recipe to the T and as everyone has stated previously, this so delicious!! And the part that makes it so exciting to make this is you can customize it to whatever fruit you would like.

I made these for Valentine's Day with heart shaped sugar cookies. I used the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and added part of a box of powdered jello (strawberry flavor). That is it. I mixed well, iced 24 cookies with it, and then added sliced strawberries on top. Refrigerate. A BIG thumbs up.

I've made this many times before (with lemon juice instead of limade and without the kiwi because I'm allergic)and love it. Last night I didn't realize I was out of lemon juice and used orange juice. Still great!

I love making these for baby and bridal shower parties! I also make mini veggie pizzas with crescent rolls, cream cheese and chopped veggies. The food table looks pretty with all the colors and you can match them to the baby/bridal colors!
