Mandarin Chicken Salad Pizza

Mandarin oranges, shredded romaine and chow mein noodles give a finale of flavor and crunch to an easy entree made with refrigerated pizza crust.

(13.8-oz.) can Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
1
(10-oz.) can chunk white chicken breast in water, drained

cup purchased oriental salad dressing
1/4
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

green onions, chopped
4
oz. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3
cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/2
cup chow mein noodles
1
(11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Grease cookie sheet. Unroll dough onto greased cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough to form 12x8-inch rectangle. Bake at 425°F. for 7 to 9 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine chicken, 1/4 cup of the salad dressing, mayonnaise and onions; mix well.
  • 3 Remove crust from oven. Spread chicken mixture evenly over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven; bake an additional 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is deep golden brown.
  • 4 Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine lettuce, chow mein noodles, mandarin orange segments and remaining 1/2 cup salad dressing; mix well. Top each serving with salad mixture.
