I made the mixed berry pies for my husband and myself. I did change the recipe and used sucralose sweetner instead of sugar. He LOVE it and it was the perfect size since we are trying to lose weight. Thanks for the recipe

I like this recipe because it was easy to make and clean up was minimal. I use two bags of mix berries instead of the separate portion of the berries. I followed the rest of the ingredients. I also use the top of the ramekin as my guide. That was a good tip. I agree that you can use sugar substitutes instead of granulated sugar for less calories and for people with diabetes.

Used only fresh blueberries and it was yummy! Tip: Use top of ramekin to help guide cutting of crust. No measuring needed.
