Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips
  • 10 paper straws or Popsicle® sticks
  • Chopped Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, as desired
  • Red and green M&Ms® Minis® milk chocolate candies, as desired
  • Assorted holiday candy sprinkles and nonpareils, as desired

Steps

  • 1
Spray 2 large cookie sheets with cooking spray; line with cooking parchment paper or waxed paper.
  • 2
In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips uncovered on High 45 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave in additional 15-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  • 3
Place 10 straws or sticks on work surface. Drop spoonful of melted chips onto 1 end of each, spreading to approximately 3 inch circle.
  • 4
Sprinkle with cookies, chocolate candies and sprinkles. Let stand about 30 minutes or until set. Store covered at room temperature.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
For chocolate bark pops, substitute 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips for the white vanilla baking chips.
  • tip 2
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray before adding parchment paper to hold parchment in place and keep it from sliding around when assembling bark pops.
  • tip 3
Since all microwaves vary, it's important to microwave your chips until just starting to melt, then stir until smooth to avoid overheating.
  • tip 4
Use fun and festive paper straws or Popsicle® sticks for the bark pops.
  • tip 5
Store pops covered at room temperature.
