1/4: cup honey

2: garlic cloves, minced

1/2: teaspoon salt

3: (3 to 3 1/2-lb.) cut-up frying chickens

Directions

1 GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, honey, garlic and salt; blend well. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
2 When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. Cook 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing with sauce during last 10 minutes of cooking time. Bring any remaining sauce to a boil; serve with chicken.

This was so easy to do and was perfect. I will be making it a lot during the rest of the grilling season. I may even do it in the oven for a change for winter as well.

The easiest and the best! This is so much better than the honey barbaque sauce you see on the store shelves. You can actually taste the honey in the sauce. I will make it over and over again. Love it!!

Fantastic! The chicken was moist an awesome flavor! My husband and sons just devoured it all!
