Expert Tips

To avoid running back and forth from kitchen to grill, outfit yourself with a "tool tote" in which you assemble all the items you'll need for grilling.

To broil pork chops, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times in recipe as a guide, turning once or twice and brushing with glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking time.

We made this recipe for dinner tonight & we loved it! Absolutely jazzifies regular pork...also, liked that it was simple & easy to make! The rest of the sauce that you cook up & serve as a dipping sauce is wonderful & you must do, (which I almost declined to do, boy, would we've missed out!)...I could see this on chicken, too, as previously mentioned! Definitely a keeper! Try this recipe, you won't be disappointed!

to answer Ruthandres: chili sauce is a tomato based sauce, can be found in the ketchup isle at the grocery store. Is great in a lot of marinades & sauces, gives a kick & nice touch!

This is a delicious sauce for pork or chicken. I have been looking for this simple recipe for a long time, as a friend made it for me once and I forgot to write it down. Thank you for printing it again. MM
