Ingredients

1: can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated original breadsticks

1/2: cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)

1/3: cup chopped pitted dates

2: teaspoons olive oil

1/8: teaspoon coarse sea salt

Directions

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
2 Unroll dough; sprinkle with blue cheese and dates. Cover with waxed paper; press cheese and dates into dough using rolling pin. Remove waxed paper. Cut dough into 12 strips with kitchen scissors. Fold each breadstick in half lengthwise; pinch ends to seal in filling. Twist each dough strip 6 times, stretching slightly. On cookie sheet, place strips 1 inch apart. Firmly press down ends. Brush with oil; sprinkle with salt.
3 Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
