Ingredients

1 1/2: cups water

1/4: teaspoon salt

1/2: cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen sweet peas

1: cup uncooked couscous

1/3: cup mayonnaise

1/3: cup orange juice

1: teaspoon curry powder

1/4: teaspoon salt

1/8: teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

2: cups cubed cooked chicken

1/4: cup sliced green onions

1/4: cup golden raisins

1/4: cup slivered almonds

Directions

1 In medium saucepan, combine water and salt. Bring to a boil. Add peas; return to a boil. Remove from heat; immediately stir in couscous. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with fork; cool 20 minutes.
2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, orange juice, curry powder, salt and ground red pepper; blend well.
3 In large bowl, combine cooled couscous and peas, and all remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
