Made this recipe with the left-overs from Thanksgiving: turkey, carrots, onions, and celery that roasted in the pan with the turkey, and added some frozen peas, and corn. Instead of using broth and flour for the sauce, I used cream of chicken soup. My husband and I loved it! It was the best pot-pie we'd ever had. The Pilsburry crust made it soo flavorful and delicious without the hassle of making it from scratch!

This is the only turkey/chicken pot pie we make. As a matter of fact, my Dad thinks it is so good, he'd prefer not to have guest over when my Mom makes it...so there are more left overs for him!

Made this with the left over dark meat, easy, fast and very tasty. My family was very impressed that I could MAKE not buy a turkey pot pie. Will make this again.

This is absolutely the best pot pie I have ever made. It is so easy and quick to make. For seasonings, I used a pinch of savory and 1/4 tsp basil leaves along with a can of College Inn light/fat free chicken broth. Wonderful, a perfect meal.

Delicious. Instead of using the chicken broth I used Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup straight from the can. I increase milk to 1 c. instead of 1/2 cup. I still used the flour too. Used chicken and it was delicious. Definitely would make this again. It was very creamy and thick so it held together quite well.

This recipe is easy and fabulous. I added a 1/2 Tblsp. of parsley and 1/2 Tblsp. basil for additional flavor.

Make it better! Use leftover Thanksgiving goodies! Mix together those leftover veggies (potatoes, yes you can even add a few yams, carrots, peas, green bean casserole, corn casserole, pearl onions) and add the turkey and leftover gravy. Add some extra poultry seasoning about 1tsp; then put into the pie shell and bake as directed. You can mix everything together as you are cleaning the table. You can freeze and bake later when everyone is ready for another round of turkey & veggies. In this day of economy, don't overlook what is already in front of you. Each pie will be unique because of the variety of veggies that is used and the amount.
