My family loved this recipe! It didn't last very long. Its a very simple recipe to follow and a great way to use up leftover turkey. From now on, it will be a family tradition to make this after Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I love love love this recipe. No changes, simply as it is. I use it for chicken or turkey. If we want stew instead of pot pie, I just double the broth. Simply delicious!

This was excellent - I used Chicken instead of Turkey but my husband loved it - will definately make many times in cold weather.

I made this recipe for my family of 4, and everyone loved it. I did make a few adjustments: subbed out the turkey for roasted chicken, 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper instead of the black pepper, mirepoix instead of chopped onion, and instead of the 14oz chicken broth I used 10oz broth & 6 oz. of heavy cream. YUM!
