Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
1
tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1 1/2
teaspoons powdered sugar

  • 1 Unroll pie crust. Place cocoa and powdered sugar in center.
  • 2 Fold pie crust in half and then in half again.
  • 3 Knead (or use a stand mixer with dough hook attachment) until evenly mixed. Use to make crust as directed in desired pie recipe.

Expert Tips

Wrap dough in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until you’re ready to roll.

For a sweeter crust, add more powdered sugar.
