Bring the fabulous flavors of a cheeseburger to dinner with this cheesy ground beef and veggie casserole that's oven-ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

lb (at least 80%) lean ground beef

cup chopped onion

can (11 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/4
cup milk

cups baking mix

cup water

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Generously spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
  • 2 In baking dish, stir baking mix and water until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 3 Bake 30 minutes.
