Ingredients

Filling

  • 6 cups sliced peeled apples (3 to 4 medium)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries (about 6 oz)

Crumb Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces

Topping

  • 1/4 cup caramel topping

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Remove pie crusts from pouches. On lightly floured surface, unroll and stack crusts one on top of the other. Roll into 17x12-inch rectangle.
  • 2
Fit crust into ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, pressing into corners. Fold extra crust even with edges of pan.
  • 3
In large bowl, toss all filling ingredients except raspberries until well mixed. Add raspberries; toss gently just until coated with flour mixture. Spoon apple-raspberry mixture evenly into crust-lined pan.
  • 4
In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and oats. Cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apple-raspberry mixture.
  • 5
Bake 32 to 38 minutes or until crust and crumb topping are golden brown. Cool 2 hours. Drizzle with caramel topping.
