Very good recipe. Like eating tacos without shells & adding noodles.

This is my daughter's favorite. I leave all the toppings on the side and let the family add what they want.

Kids really liked it. I added some salsa for a little extra flavor. Would also be good with a can of green chilies or hominy.

this was ok, i modified it, my family does not care for noodles, so we subbed rice along with some corn and more seasoning, also, salsa mixed in, we used it as a dip with tortilla chips. YUM

It was okay. However, I did not like how the recipe was typed up. The oz and cups didn't correlate it's 8oz for 1 cup.

This recipe used the entire 1 oz package of Old El Paso taco seasonung mix ( the best on the market) I don't like saving small leavings of packaged seasoning. We (husband and I) will make this great recipe together and when I direct my husband to put in the taco seasoning he can simply dump it and stir. It was the 2 TBSP of the mix that made me abandon the Cresent dinner roll bowl for the taco ingredients!

This recipe could use some more flavor. I think 1 1/2 to 2 packets of taco mix would be better than just one. I put onions in with the hamburger and then added chili powder and cumin to give more taco flavor. The noodles did need more cook time and water. I added a can of corn with liquid which seemed to help. My husband really liked it. You should try it, but add more seasoning and water for a better outcome.

ok I like this recipe as far as being bland, well add some more ingredients and spice it up to your liking ( isn't that what good cooks do ? ), I used salsa and the jared cheese sauce . If you want the " taco " look roll it in a tortilla shell. Ive tried the Hamburger helper version too and I always : doctor " that too ! But I like this used the ingredients I had in my pantry !
