This was less than 30 minutes to put together even with chopping/cutting.The dressing was not too sweet, needed a little more bite.

It was a busy day, but when I was able to get on my computer, I saw this recipe and thought it would be perfect for dinner, and I had everything I needed to make it. Well let me tell you it was a big hit. I served this salad with nice crusty Italian bread. It was quick, easy, and delicious. Thanks for another great dinner.
