INGREDIENTS

 cup sliced fresh strawberries

 tablespoons sugar
1
 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2
 teaspoon sugar

 Pillsbury® Grands!® mini frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 25.1 oz bag)
1/4
 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

DIRECTIONS

1 Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine strawberries and 2 tablespoons sugar; set aside. 2 Bake biscuits as directed on bag. Brush tops of baked biscuits with butter; sprinkle with ½ teaspoon sugar. Cool slightly, about 10 minutes. 3 Split biscuits horizontally. Top bottom halves of biscuits with strawberry mixture and whipped topping; top with biscuit tops.
Use your favorite combo of berries instead of all strawberries.
Brushing the biscuit tops with butter and sugar really makes them sparkle, but this step can be omitted if you don't want to take the time to do.
