EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Chipotle chilies are dried smoked jalapeños. Look for chipotle chiles in adobo sauce with other canned Mexican foods at the supermarket.

We recommend not making this guacamole ahead of time as it discolors when exposed to air.

To broil steaks, place on broiler pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once.
